How to Make Hawaiian bread


Ingredients

6 cups of bread flour

3 eggs

1 1/2 cups of pineapple juice

3/4 cups of sugar or 180 ml

2 tsp of salt

1 tsp of almond extract

1 tsp of vanilla

2 package of yeast

1/2 cup of butter 

Bake

350 F for 19 minutes

Brush bread with liquid butter 

Bake for another 2 to 5 minutes 

Instructions:

1- Mix all liquid ingredients in a bowl.

2- Add the yeast.

3- Add one cup of flour ( no more than five cups).

4- mix well, keep adding one cup of flour.

5- Stop once you can't mix it with your spoon or folk.

6-  Use your hand to make a dough ( use little portion of flour).

7- Your dough is a little sticky.( Perfect to let it grow).

8- Grease a bowl, add your dough and cover it with a towel.

9- You need the right temperature to activate the yeast.

10- Boil water, then put your bowl of dough inside the oven with the bowl of boiling water.

11- Close the oven door. Let it rest for 1 hr. 

12- The oven is off. 

13- You are using the oven to create an environment  like an incubator to make your dough grow.

14- Once your dough double in size, make little balls. ( 3 oz approximately).

15- Get a pizza tray, grease it with oil. 

16- Add the balls, leaving about 1/2 inch between them.

17- Follow steps 10 to 13 again.( One to 2 hour).

18- Each ball grew double or triple it size.

19. Now your ready to Bake.

20- Remember that it only takes 15 to 19 minute to bake your bread.

21- Remember to brush butter to give that crust and to keep it moist.

22- Practice until you get your perfect Hawaiian bread. Enjoy!.
